My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and had a giant bed which made it super comfortable. The staff was helpful and polite, and the location was great, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The dining experience was okay if you came early, but options were limited later on. Overall, a pleasant experience with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable with a huge bed, excellent breakfast, and offered an amazing view from the balcony. The bathrooms were great with a good range of products, including conditioner, a first for me in Sao Miguel. The room was very clean and had a contemporary style. However, the room was not hot enough, and the pool was only open from 5-8 PM, which overlapped with dinner hour.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with easy access to the Jacuzzi and Swimming Pool. The huge bed provided a great night's sleep, and the breakfast was excellent. Plus, I loved the amazing view from the balcony overlooking Ponta Delgada. However, there was a minor issue with a 'lightshow' in the room one night, which was a bit unexpected.
